Flavours of the West Coast Recipe Book

Flavours of the West Coast is pleased to announce that we are working with TouchWood Editions on a recipe book that will hit the shelves this fall!

The recipes are written by the amazing chefs and producers we’ve visited throughout the region, and will also include all the recipes from our kitchen-studio segments.

 

The book is broken into four sections

River and Sea

Forest and Field

Farm

City

Chefs include: Vikram Vij (Vij’s, Vancouver), Jeremy Luypen (Terrafina at Hester Creek, Oliver), Paul Cecconi (Local Lounge and Grill, Summerland), Matthew Batey (Mission Hill Estates Winery, Kelowna), John Cantin (John’s Place, Victoria), Ronald St. Pierre (Locals, Courtenay) and many many more amazing chefs.

  1. I was wondering if Steve will do anymore episodes of flavors of the WestCoast, as he is inspiring to my son who is 15 years old to cook more. We look forward in buying the book when it comes out. Thank-you.

    • Series 3 is currently in production, and we will be filming 13 more episodes around BC with Chef Steve leading the charge. What kind of dishes does your son like cooking?
